Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 100-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be clean and in good condition
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All approved returns are subject to a $30 restocking fee per returned item. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will refund the remaining balance back to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing excessive wear, stains, damage, or misuse
  • Returns submitted outside the 100-day return window
  • Items missing components or packaging

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
