Pillow Warranty — 10 Years

Our pillows are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

• Faults in workmanship
• Abnormal loss of shape or structure under normal use

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or misuse
• Damage caused by washing or improper care
• Preference-related comfort changes

Mattress Topper Warranty — 1 Year

Our mattress toppers are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Coverage excludes:

• Normal softening over time
• Improper handling or misuse
• Stains, burns, cuts, or accidental damage
